WARRANTY POLICY

-10-year warranty to the owner of the product regarding wwear and tear on living room frames

-5 year warranty for the rest of the furniture except the chairs.

The guarantee of our products refers to normal use of the furniture and for the period mentioned above, starting from the date indicated on the invoice or receipt of purchase of the product. WAVES FURNITURE undertakes to refit repair, repair the product at its discretion, as long as during the inspection it is found that the problem is covered by the warranty and did not originate from misuse by the customer. Under no circumstances, will your purchase amount be refunded.

The warranty covers breakage of the furniture frames. Regarding the mattresses other resale products, the warranty conditions of the cooperating production company apply.

In case of finding that a product which is not covered by the need present warranty conditions, needs to be repaired, the cost of moving and the company’s staff employment, will be charged to the customer. In case of repair of any products, which are not covered by these conditions, any required transportation costs of products to and from the place of delivery, shall be exclusively charged to the customer.

THE WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER DAMAGES FROM NON-COMPATIBLE USE SUCH AS:

 

  1. Breakage or other product wear or part from NON-Normal actions (e.g., violent dropping, dragging, hitting, scraping with tools or other objects).
  2. Cigarette Burn or cigarette wear.
  3. Accidental damage to the product.
  4. Any surface retreat or furniture joinery retreat due to inappropriate or unjustified handing of the product.
  5. Use of chemical cleaners.
  6. Surface yielding / breaking by a weight greater than the permissible one.
  7. The lifespan of the material on the seat cushions of the sofas, depends on the use.
  8. Lacquered furniture may show slight discoloration over time (e.g. in oak, beech and walnut veneers due to the natural nature of the wood, there is the possibility of some discoloration due to natural causes, such as sun light , lighting or other environmental conditions ).
  9. Chairs are not covered by warranty.
  10. Solid wood furniture is a living organism and needs special maintenance care. You may get informed about the maintenance instructions, in the product details.
  11. On our website, you can find advice on the proper maintenance of the furniture and on the proper cleaning.

We cannot offer refunds unless the product delivered is faulty
Delivered orders are non-refundable unless the product is faulty. WAVES FURNITURE will cover the cost of the
